Other high achievers join the 499/500 club
Savi shares this distinction with two other outstanding students—Shlokaa Upadhyaya from Delhi Public School, Raj Nagar Extension in Ghaziabad, and Karan Pilania from City Vocation Public School, Meerut. Shlokaa, a humanities student, scored 100 each in English core, political science, geography, and geospatial technology, and 99 in history. Karan, from the science stream, secured 100 each in English core, physics, mathematics, and painting, with 99 in chemistry. Both students have expressed their interest in joining the civil services and enjoy extracurricular pursuits such as singing, swimming, cricket, and table tennis.

"I planned each subject in advance," says Savi
In an interview with PTI, Savi Jain shared her methodical approach to preparation. “I used to study for 4 to 5 hours every day. After school, I attended tuitions and then took some time to rest,” she said. “I followed a fixed daily schedule, planning in advance which subject to focus on. My goal was to understand each topic so thoroughly that I could be confident about at least 99% of it.”

Savi was quick to credit her support system for her success. “The credit for my success goes to my parents, teachers, principals, administrators, and the school director. Each of them has played a vital role in helping me reach this milestone and in believing in my potential,” she told PTI.

Determined to serve: IAS dream takes shape
Looking ahead, Savi aspires to join the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), echoing the ambitions of her fellow high scorers. Her message to students is rooted in consistency and self-awareness: “Work hard, stay consistent, and always learn from your mistakes.”
