Karnataka KSEEB SSLC 2025 revaluation: The Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board (KSEEB) has extended the deadlines for the submission of applications for recounting and revaluation of answer sheets for the SSLC March/April 2025 examination. As per an official circular issued on May 12, 2025, the new deadlines are May 15, 2025, for recounting and May 16, 2025, for revaluation.
This move follows multiple telephonic requests from schools and parents seeking additional time for application. The board has instructed District Deputy Directors and Field Education Officers to communicate the revised dates to students and parents through school principals under their jurisdiction.
New dates confirmed in official circular
The official circular confirms that candidates now have until 2:00 PM on May 15, 2025, to submit applications for recounting of evaluated SSLC answer sheets. The last date for submitting applications for revaluation has been extended to May 16, 2025. These dates replace those previously announced in earlier circulars dated May 1, 2025, and May 8, 2025.
The extension applies only to SSLC Examination-1 conducted in March/April 2025. Students who wish to apply are advised to do so promptly within the newly allotted timeframes.

Offline challan facility for students without online payment access
In response to accessibility concerns, the board has also allowed an offline payment option. Candidates without debit card, credit card or online banking facilities can submit their revaluation applications online and then proceed to make the payment offline.
May 14, 2025, has been designated for downloading the offline challan. Students must download the challan after applying online and pay the requisite fee at the designated bank by the extended deadline of May 16, 2025.
Schools and officials tasked with raising awareness
To ensure all students and parents are informed, KSEEB has directed education officials to notify school principals, who must then disseminate the information within their respective schools. Schools have been urged to guide students through the process and ensure timely action.
The extension offers a final opportunity for SSLC candidates seeking a reassessment of their results, reinforcing the board’s commitment to fairness and student support.
