Motorists faced traffic woes on the M1 on Thursday morning following a road traffic collision. Delays of up to 50 minutes were recorded on the motorway northbound between junctions 12 and 13.
National Highways said traffic was expected to clear not before 11.15am, leaving drivers in rush hour mysery.
