Eating sweet sweets like gulab jamun or rasgulla after eating samosas or pakoras can increase the amount of oil and sugar in your stomach, leading to gas, acidity, or bloating.
Milk sweets with lemon drinks
Combining lemon drinks with milk sweets can cause a chemical reaction that can cause the milk to curdle in your stomach, leading to acidity or vomiting. Avoid drinking them together.
Sweets with cold drinks
Drinking cold, carbonated drinks immediately after sweets can cause gas and discomfort. It's better to drink plain water or warm water instead.
Fried foods with sweet lassi
Combining spicy, fried foods like chole-bhature or pakoras with sweet lassi can cause heartburn, as yogurt and spices often react negatively together.
