As part of the Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, a Customer Awareness Meeting was organized at Bank of India, Gandhi Market Branch on Tuesday, in line with the guidelines of the Central Vigilance Commission and the Head Office Vigilance Department. The session was organized under the guidance of Amit Kumar Gupta, Chief Manager (Vigilance), Mumbai South Zone, along with Branch Head Rajputra Lanjewar. The meeting emphasized this year’s theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”, highlighting the importance of transparency, accountability, and integrity in banking services. Customers were sensitized on preventive vigilance measures and the role they can play in promoting ethical practices. The programme witnessed active participation from customers, who appreciated the initiative and reaffirmed their support towards building a corruption-free environment.
