Ginger-garlic paste

Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and fry till golden.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for some more time.
Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder and cook till oil separates.
Add whipped curd to it and keep stirring continuously so that the curd does not curdle.
When the gravy is cooked well, add fried chaap to it.
To make the gravy creamy, keep the flame low.

Now add fresh cream, kasuri methi, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes so that all the flavours get absorbed inside the chop.
